During this fall semester school work has consumed our free time, interrupted our meal time, and of course robbed us of sleep. As you (probably only our Moms) might have noticed this blog has been ignored. We did however have some eventful things that occurred between all-nighters and exams. So if you don't mind I will be trying to catch up and bring this blog back up to speed. Lets start off with a few random things that made me terribly happy this fall semester.

It is so nice posting these random things after a bad day. Yesterday, let me tell you was not the best. After driving the 5 hours home (we were diving slow because we had the kayak) getting very little sleep and having to get up early for school. I woke up to a nice new scratch on silent night, was reminded that not reading e-mails equals missed opportunities, and in between noding off in class I listened to professors telling me to drop the class now because their curriculum is impossibly hard. In the end I came home to find all the picture we took over the long weekend having a little black dot. With further examination we found the dot was coming from a speck located on the sensor (this is inside the camera). After a good nights sleep, reminding my self not to stress over things you can't control and Blake's successful brain surgery on the camera (my stomach was in knots) today has been much better.

well i guess food just makes me happy. really i think it's the time we take to spend with family and friends as we eat that makes me happy. but maybe not, maybe its just the food. it was nice looking through pictures of random things that make me happy, because today was not a very happy day. summer classes are killing me. the sun came out and i stayed inside to studying. i have not left the house, and i mean all day. i have only left this chair a handful of times. but sometimes you have to push through a day of torturous school work, to be able to scuba diving the next day. so one more thing that makes me terribly happy. no school work tomorrow and i'm going scuba diving.

The last few weeks have been crazy. Summer classes have started, I am taking online while Blake is on campus. Moved back in with my Santos family for a little, living out of a bag is not very much fun. But I get to spend every second I can with Jari, she leaves on her mission in 5 days. Blake on the other hand has to stay in Miami for his classes, super sad. But he is up here on the weekends. All of this equals very little sleep.
A lot has happened lately, just have to find time to write it all down.
