Our Fourth

For the past four years our family has spent the Fourth of July putting on a party at my Dad's Urgent Care Center. Every year it's been crazy, but the community loves it. This year was different, we still had a party but I was amazed how organized everything was. I guess in fourth years we finally fingered it out. There was only one last minute trip to Sam's Club, Blake and I did not have to show up till an hour before the party started and the whole thing was cleaned up by 10:30pm (unlike the other years when it was 1 or 2am). There was dancing, a bounce house, food, otter pops, games and the Russ boys got to put on an even bigger and better firework show. The best part was getting to spend more time with family while working the party, and getting to go to the Russ family lunch before hand. Our niece Emily (with the help of her amazing mom) made signs, painted nails, set the table, made red/white/blue fruit kabobs, and helped put tattoos on herself and brothers. Oh and the firework pictures are from our new found friend James Lietz, aren't they amazing?
